Students will learn, or deepen their practice of Kuan Yin Standing Qigong (consisting of ten movements) and the principal foundations of Tai Chi practice. The Kuan Yin Standing form physically strengthens the whole body while the back, neck and spine are made supple and flexible. This Qigong also encourages flexibility in the hips and encourages increased balance and stamina. Investigate the benefits of a new practice and or deepen an existing practice. The flexibility that one develops in the practice of Tai Chi and Qigong does not come from pushing the body’s limits, but rather in letting go and relaxing.
This class is excellent for continuing students as well as for beginners. No experience needed.
