Your private sessions may include Taiji, Qigong, Reiki and or Yoga instruction and experience. We will customize a plan around your desires and what you are seeking to accomplish. It’s all about you!! 😉
I usually schedule these sessions during the morning and afternoon on weekdays and occasional weekends. Please use the form below to let me know you are interested in private training. I will contact you directly usually within 24 business hours.
My fee for one-on-one private training is $95 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
Tai Chi is Highly Recommended
Tai Chi (Taijiquan) has been widely recommended by places like the Mayo Clinic and Harvard Medical School to prevent and reverse health conditions related to aging! A great practice for fall prevention, arthritis, and Parkinson’s. Also for high blood pressure, poor sleep, back and neck pain, and chronic stress. All experience levels welcome.

Building community online during Covid-19?
Our Tai Chi and Qigong classes will meet entirely online until in-person classes resume. We are using Zoom to successfully create community and a class environment. Once you complete your registration, you will be sent a link with Zoom instructions for optimum experience.
Our online Qigong and Tai Chi classes will be recorded. All registered students will have access to the recordings. Each class will be available for unlimited viewing on a weekly basis. Links and passwords will be sent once registration is complete.
